salvia growin questiion

hi i just got 5 salvia cuttings today and they now are in a mini greenhouse ive made for cutting under 50W ordinary bulp, i was gonna put them under a 2x58W grow light thing on 11000lumen and full color spectrum, im not sure about the enlish name, but what happened i managed to destroy the light the other day by accident. so i have a little problem. I do have some cannabis cuttings that are growing under a 400W hps light right now- but the light is pretty close to the plants and the floor, but there is room to put the cuttings next to them. Have anyone tried to grow salvia with a 400W? good\bad? im afraid the plant cant handle that much light and heat maybe?

also there is a constant temp on 85F degrees and humidity on 55% and co2 on daytime (18hrs) and 65F in nighttime would salvie get comfy in this enviromen t?

heres the thing with salvia... you have to slowly introduce your plants.. otherwise you'll have a near instant death... and you will see it within 10 minutes of introduction.....

SLOWLY and by god do I mean slowly introduce them to the stronger light... and they wil flourish (I use a 400w Mh)

(read deeper into your post.... the heat will do crazy damage.... make sure that light is high.... your better to goto the store and buy some flourecents for a long while)

I have just received an salvia cutting i the post (last week) but the top was broken off  :crying:  but has 4 small leafs on the bottom part, i shoved it in a pot an put it on the kitchen window sill (gets about 2hrs direct light) seems ok so far the other bit is in water in the hope she will root :laugh:

Come to join the club :smile:, I too got a salvia cutting, the bloke at the headshop place I recently brought some shrooms n truffles from gave it to me for free :laugh: (unrooted).

I ended up trippin while staring at the little plant trying to persude her to grow and live to be with me :laugh:. Not lookin so gr8 at the moment tho :frown:, think I may have freaked her out a bit.

all my salvias are doing well together with my cannabis plants, i have  raised the light and instead put the cannabis plant on a chair nearer the light and the salvia on the floor. they all look very well :smile:

you can put salvia almost anywhere, as long as you keep the humidity decent and make sure you slowly introduce them to your new setup.
