1st possesion charge I'v ever been glad to see any one get

Pat Conroy, a assistant principal of South Haven, Mich tryed to plant evidence in a students locker police say. Pat Conroy suspected this student to have been a drug dealer and was trying to get the student expelled. The plan was failure when ploce failed to find the marijuiana in the students locker during a search of its contents. Pant Conroy made a statement to the police that he had only planted evidence once, and acording to the report it was unclear how the plan had been concieved.

Police searced Conroy's office Feb 9 and found a drawer filled suspected bags of marijuiana and assorted pills that Conroy claimed to have been confiscated and was to be used as evidence in expulsion hearings as evidence, the school board denies this claim, saying they have never seen drugs displayed at any expulsion hearings. Police are reviwing the case to determine whether or not Conroy will be charged for possesion.

he should be charged for a lot more than possession. he tried to falsely implicate someone in something that may have resulted in his expulsion from school, jail time, felony charges, and generally having his life totally fucked.

this guy deserves to go down hard.

he deserves a distribution charge as well... it's separated into bags... who's to say he wasnt rying to get rid of his competition

I like the way you think prisoner :smile:.  But the one thing on my mind is he says that he only framed one student but i dont beleave this, i wonder exactly how many students got expelled in this manner.  The police need to reinvestigate all the explusion cases he was involved in to see if any other cases where set up as this one was.  If the police dont the students who have been expelled and this student here should push for it and file civil charges (if apporiate)  agaist him and the school board for letting Conroy run amoke like this.

yep, i didn't even think about civil charges. this guy should be broke before this is over. scumbag.

even if he gets out of serving any jail time, after this is over, he may lose all of his personal wealth, any prospects for future employment in anything better than menial labor, and the respect of his peers. he is fucked.
