I do believe it is. Mine isnt that big and its stems arnt that pink.
Do the leaves have a pebbled apearence?

I am veeeeeery far from being an ethnobotany expert but lemme give that a shot.

Could it be in the Portulaca family,aka Moss Rose? The stem coloration and leaf shape makes me say that.

I don't think it's delosperma but i'm not as familiar with identifying it as i am other things.

It does look similar to Delosperma....but there are quite a few popular succulants that have the same general appearance....

Could you snap a close up pic of a "leaf"?

The Delosperma that i grew from seed have an 'iced' look to the tops of the foliage....
