Its insane how huge it really is.

Ever seen a deep field photo? the amount of galaxies in one tiny speck of the sky is truely mind-boggling.

A body is a like a corpse with no soul. My soul had to enter this body for me to be.
And at the same time like you said the body is what creates experience, through emotions.
But still the body is under command of the soul.

Concerned by the rather alarming feedback from many directions regarding the refugee I was helping I decided to devise a logical trap that forced a decision along only two possible outcomes.

Yesterday the bait was taken. Oh happy day! Six months of suffering of many kinds would find its conclusion.

Today the trap snapped shut.

Without any doubt -- I've been scammed. I have been lied to so elaborately and blatantly that i could not believe that it was so. It was probably the work of a gang who does this sort of thing professionally.

It cost me a dear cent, how much, no comment.

What hurts me most though is the extent to which I was lied to and the depths to which they sank to make it stick. Its beyond any reasonable boundary of truth violation and so premeditated, I think I've been worked on by a sociopath.

You don't.. at least, I don't.. expect lies to be so elaborate and detailed and worked out as this was.

I've been fucked out of more money than I could have imagined, but that just underlines the rather bleak life lesson I've learned.

Back to the Krugerrand dilemma, what do you value more, a life or a gold coin? Well, here and now, at this point in time, the ones who did this can drop off the face off the world for free for all i care, and it would make the world a better place without them.

OK Life, what's next?

It may take sociopathic traits, but the truth of it, regarding these scammers, is that they're professionals.  It assuredly was a group effort, taking your cash.  It's not something they do to satisfy a malicious urge they have; it is their livelihood and industry.  Financial fraud is a huge business and mainstay of many African economies.  At least you know it wasn't anything personal.  Just learn from it and carry on.  In certain situations, a bit of skepticism can be healthy.

Hey, such is life, we live and learn and if not for better then we surely learn for worse.

Ah well, its right on cue, tomorrow I'll jab MXE up my butt and can meditate for two days nonstop on the ins and outs of it, amd as it usually goes, it will rip me to pieces then build me up stronger than ever before.

It would be awesome if God tossed me some coins to reimburse me for the childlike naivety with which he so richly endowed me.

At least I'm owning up to it and not blaming others or throwing rage around. I fucked up good and proper.
