Meth does cause an insane overstimulation of the pleasure receptors so I think it's very possible someone might start ejaculating from slamming it.

Agree. But also the most hedonistic. I once had sex for 23 hours cause of this stuff. It clears the mind like nothing else, so sharp, so focused.

But also, like you I feel, definitely the most damaging of them all.

The OP subject sound like one of those ubran legends. Possible, or course, but I can't see it happening to 95% of IV users.
