Anonymous #1 said: I moved to her town with high hopes of happiness and a new life, leaving my old one behind. she promised the world to me to get me to give up my life...
turns out her promises of a nice place to live, the tons of jobs that were available, all fucking lies.
My friend, it is good that you are able to come here and talk about it, and I do hope that doing so will bring you some peace of mind and perhaps help with resolving the pain and suffering you appear to be going through.
As I have read your messages, your pain appear to be self induced.
If you wish to have a relationship with this wonderful soul, which is having a human experience, try just loving her unconditionally.
Trust her.
If you can see, your own thoughts that are bouncing around inside that head of yours are what is making you mentally sick.
As long as she is still living with you, she is already showing that she is working on trying to make the relationship work.
I suggest you back...off and stop trying to control or second guess what she is doing. Give her that privacy that perhaps every living human being needs. She perhaps needs a partner, not a father at this point in her life.
Let her have friends, including male friends. Allow her to enjoy her freedom of being able to socialize, communicate, or do whatever she wishes to do. You are behaving as if she is some kind of slave or personal property. She is not. She simply is with you based on her love.
If she suddenly sees that you are acting jealous and insecure, she probably will have less faith in your relationship as it will cause her to become afraid.
You are indirectly stating that "She is responsible for you feeling like you are going to commit suicide"
That is a very cruel thing to do to anyone, especially someone who is trying to love and build a relationship with you.
Once again, stop acting like a jerk!!!
- Love her unconditionally, and just accept who she is for whatever faults she has. -Build her up, and do not tear her down.
- Give her all the space she needs to grow and be happy.
Rather you win or lose her, boils down that you did your best to be loving and the best possible partner you can.
If you lose her, than let the experience build you, not tear you down.
Most of all, sit down and reason that you are on some kind of self pity trip.
The fact that you put so much stock initially into the relationship suggests to me she must be quite a wonderful girl.
Consider the doughnut and not the hole.
Most folks I encounter really do not appreciate what folks have done for them, they only appear to focus on what the person fails to do for them; which is really a dysfunctional way to live.
You can turn this whole situation around and have the happiness that you so desperately need. However, she is not going to give you that happiness. That happiness must come within you.
Put out these fires inside your head, and start to look for the beauty in life. If she sees that you are love, she will be drawn to that.
As long as she sees you as "fear", she will be afraid of you.
Best wishes my friend, and I wish you love.
