Question for anyone w/ personal experience w/ grafted Peyote

So I searched the forums and looked at erowid, and I am still unclear if grafted Peyote are potent enough to give a nice experience once they reach a decent size. I heard many theories about stress and all that, but I have yet to hear from someone with personal experience.
I would like to hear only from people who have personal experience with growing grafted Peyote and then ingesting them. No speculation please.

Well not really because this relates to the usage of Peyote, not to the growing of it. I am not asking for grow tips, but about ingesting grafted buttons.

yeah that is a dam good question. im starting to think no one has tried grafted peyote people just assume its not as potent without any experience (as far as i know). y dont u go to the native american church website and ask them im sure they will give u an informative answer. http://www.nativeamericanchurch.com/ also scour the erowid peyote experience vaults there must be some experience with grafted peyote.

This debate has been going on in here for a while, i see a few takers for just as potent as a true to seed grown peyote, and i've seen for not as potent as true to seed.
Donno the answer, if i had some equipment time and resources i'd try to figure out the answer.

I'm surprised that no one here at the shroomery has experience growing and then consuming grafted Peyote, as this appears to be the only plausible way to grow some in a decent amount of time. I don't care if seed-grown ones are much more potent, but instead I am interesting in hearing from people who have ingested grafted Peyote to know if their experience was powerful and also how many buttons they needed to eat.
I will take the advice given here and post a message on the Native American Church Web site, although I think that they will refuse to give info to the general public. I will try at nan's as well, because it seems more cactus-centric

What you need to do is take the grafts off the pedro (once they have reached eating size) and allow them to root in regular cactus soil. Let them sit for a year or two to build up their own natural alkaloids. Remember, if you eat the graft right off the san pedro, you're basically eating san pedro. It grows to fast as a graft to produce sufficent chemicals for a decent peyote trip.
