Pissing lemon Gatorade

If I take a multi vitamin it makes my urin turn superrrr bright yellow like Gatorade.

Straight up neon yoooo it probably glows in the dark.

Does this mean:

1. My multi vitamins are low quality and suck balls
2. I'm expelling all the vitamins my body doesn't need but keeping the ones I did need
3. I'm not drinking enough water
4. Something entirely different

its from the b viamins in there. just something that happens, but yes its color also comes from the excess water-soluable vitamins being passed through your body, that it was unable to use.

Yes B complex vits are water soluble, and excess is excreted in urine.
