I'm gonna move to England soon...

Hey there!
I'm from Spain and haven been thinking for a while of moving to England or Ireland to perfect my English and have an adventure.
I recently started to dabble in mushroom cultivation and I just love it! so I'd like to grow 'em fuckers once I'm in England.
I'd like to live in a place with easy access to horse manure and stores that supply all the necessary things to grow bulk without the hassle of having to drive long distances. But also, I'm going to need to get a job as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant, so it'd be ideal if the city in question had some hotels and tourism.
I'd really appreciate it if someone told me a city with those characteristics.

UPDATE: I'd like to add that I do not intend to make a profit out of selling shrooms when I'm in England, so if you are selling the market is still all yours, rest assured! I'm not so stupid to go and sell drugs in another country LOL!
