Done inbetween lat sets with 40-30lb dbs.

did a few sets of 90lb ez bar curls for extra pump

Took some progress pics, unfortunately my phone is becoming retarded and cant process clear pictures anymore so i get blurring unfocused shots.

It doesnt show my striations which look sick when i do a tricep pose, wanted to take a pic of tricep pose too but i couldnt hold the phone and do it, i gotta say though my tris and delts are getting pretty impressive, i just have to keep'er up.

i wonder what im gonna look like in another 2 years

What do youbdo for Delts and arms?

For delts il do lateral raise, usually 1 heavy day of them and then il hit them a few time in between most of my workouts to make sure im always pumping them, same with my triceps.

Biceps i actually dont do often, i probably have 1 pure bicep day every other week, the reason for this is i struggle to work them hard enough on bicep day just doing curls to be sore the next day, but i find that my heavy lat day ends up making my biceps far more sore than doing curls for an hour. so i do lats every 4 days or so, so i think my biceps are responding really well to that,

my biceps are quite sore from yesterday just doing lat pull downs.

Power clean. Been slacking on it. Tried 185 for 5x5s lol... Got 5 5 5 3 then one and a "power shrug". Trying to shorten my rest period between sets too for cleans. shit sucks ha. Finally started doing incline again 195 for 5 reps. 205 should be coming round the corner. Db bench 100lb dumbells for 2 sets of 8 then 5 5 5 of 105. Then incline dumbell finishing with 90's for 5 reps. Then kettle bell swings 12 reps each arm for 3 sets with a 50. Need to start doing these more followed by some medicine ball ab oblique work then finsihed with some light "focus on pushing slow and lowering slow" dips with just body weight, 3 sets of 12. I want my 90lbs added weight back.

Pretty impressive sleepy.

I just benched 225x5 yesterday for the first time in 3 years. It was really the first time I even attempted it since to be honest. I weigh 180 and am 5"7.

But that is it. I could not even come close to what your rep scheme is.

I added 90lbs to my pullups twice in the last 4 months. I got 3 sets of 3 reps each time which does not include all my BW pullups. That puts me at 270lbs.

I have joined a crossfit gym recently and holy shit I am literally shaking after some work outs. I have never experienced anything so physically difficult.

thnx, edm.

i doubt i would have seen nearly as much gains doing crossfit vs. bodybuilding.

doing a solid bodybuilding routine seems to make the body just balloon very quickly.

but i suppose there are some benefits to doing crossfit probably but not for size i dont think

My routine is simple enough it makes me look like a meathead doing it ahah, maybe i should do more crossfit fancy shit,

Hopefully my sarcasm wasn't lost

I've been solely crossfitting since November 2014.  Love what it's done for my strength, agility and endurance.    Aesthetically, it's doing a good job I think. I'm building size slowly but surely.  But I go heavy and really push myself

One year later, I still finish the majority of workouts last, but I want to maintain good form and lift heavy when I can

How long have you been crossfitting?

Nice to meet a fellow crossfitter in this topic

Bench Dips

3 plates on my lap to failure, drop one plate to failure, then the next to failure and finally bodyweight to failure

Power clean.
Weighted dips
Pullups (weighted if feeling up to it)

AND just got a text that a buddy of mine is joining me so I've got someone to race I agility drills. One of my best friends and we always get competitive. Huge thing is soccer vs football for us. He played soccer, I, football. If I can beat him at footwork it'll give me so much shit talk ammo. I love agility drills.

Masked I know you guys do agility work and good ones I can add? I've got ladders dot drills and hurdles in but thats all I really know of from the workouts when I played. Was always agilities first thing 5am to get that blood flowing

lol this is why my headphones NEVER leave my ears. Yeah idk how your gym is set up but most workouts do not need a spot even bench. If no one is squatting at your gym the squats racks are perfect to set up for bench, set the catchers just below your pause are but just above your chest and go heavy as you can. when I did this my bench start raising exponentially too. was as simple as just "forcing it"

yeah, i personally never do that.

i like just benching no spot at a regular bench.

Im calibrated enough to know if i can hit another rep or not so i never am unable to rack it.

Yeah to be honest I've noticed the same results from throwing in that extra rep or 2 at a lighter weight. As soon as I started doing 225 for 8 reps over summer that 8 quickly turned into 12, then 15. Then you just feel like an ape. Have fun sleepy your puttin in some serious work kid. Keep it up. Also dont be afraid to take a break from bench, I've not hit bench for 3 months then come back to a new PR. Weird exercise/muscle group to be honest imo

Got a new PR for curls and skull crushers today. so ez bar is 25 lbs. 25lbs plus 90 (45+45)+5 +5 +2.5+2.5  for 7 reps? So oh shit lol. 130. Almost at 135 fuck yes.

Curls I was abot to get a 35 and 5 each side for 5 solid reps then 2 "cheaters".

I usually dont chase the pump but felt great after and the female attention at the front desk just completed it. Excellent gym day. Also finally got my 90lbs added for 3 reps on dips. Drops sets will get it back up to my old 7-10 reps. pumped right now fuuuuuck

Legs today

Leg press

3 plates each side x 8 reps
5 plates each side x 8 reps
7 plates each side x 8 reps
8 plates each side x 8 reps
8 plates and a 35lb each side x 6 reps (PB weight and rep volume)
9 plates each side x 4 reps  (PB weight and rep volume)
8 plates and a 35lb each side x 5 reps
8 plates and a 25lb each side x 6 reps
8 plates and a 10lb each side x 7 reps
8 plates each side x 8 reps
8 plates each side x 5 reps
7 plates and a 35lb each side x 8 reps
7 plates and a 25lb each side x 6 reps

Leg Extensions

Drop set starting in the high weight close to max for like 5-6 sets

Hamstring Curls

drop set starting at 140lb and ending at 80lb x many sets

Calve Raises

seated calve raises for ~10-15mins
