And quicly cut some squares in the agar.

Insert the squares in the bottle.

Here you see three pieces floating in the water.

Close the cap tightly and shake as long as you like. Remember the longer the better!

Put the needle on the syringe

Injetc the sterile air into the bottle.

And draw your syringe while keeping the bottle upside down.

Another good way of doing it can be found in 9er's Tek. He takes the stem of a mushroom and puts it in a blender to create mycelium water. He then uses that to innoculate his jars. There are pics and stuff, a good tek if you have a compatible blender and/or want to avoid agar.
