who said we don't want gay parents? I would have no problem with it if my mom was a lesbian, considering what two adults do behind closed doors has nothing to do with me.. I am happy with the parents I have but I know the same is true of many kids who have two mommies or daddies.

I don't care if a gay couple wants to adopt a child.

There are plenty of children that need a good, loving home and there are plenty of hetro couples that shouldn't have the right to raise a kid... so who are we to say? The regulations / requirements seem pretty well-set for adoption and if a couple of homos can meet the criteria, more power to them.

Either way, I view it as a good social experiment.

see, just because we have problems with children not having any parents and being in foster homes and all that, doesn't make gay parents adopting them the solution. We need to stop having babies.
