My latest attempt at extraction ended up being a very thick syrup. It was completely disgustingly bitter. But, one dose was one roughly one teaspoon. The roughly two teaspoons of syrup that I had were extracted from 100 grams of dried cactus. My friend and I experienced the effects for nearly 24 hrs. It was his first experience with mescaline and he couldn't believe that it was lasting so long.

The thick bitter tasting syrup went down much easier than any cactus tea I have ever tried. I only tasted it for a few seconds when it was in my mouth. A glass of water was all that was needed to wash the taste away.

That sounds like an incredible, humbling experience.  One which I will experience someday... but no time soon.  I'm young.. time is all I've got.  One day though... :smile:

That story reminded me of so much that I had forgotten from my one (and only) mescaline trip. What an epic adventure, being guided by the spirits of mescaline!

wouldn't the easiest way to dose be to cook it down until it's a powder that can be put into gelcaps? Or cook it down as low as possible and then evaporate the rest off with a hairdryer?

I have never been interested in mescaline, or peyote, more than a level close to, "if it comes around I imght buy some," but this trip report has given me a whole new look upon the possibilites of the psychadelic experience.

"There was the great body feeling and incredible empathy and understanding of ecstasy. There was the focus and energy and drive of acid. There seemed to be the journey effect that I always enjoyed from shrooms, but this was much better. Excellent writeup, and glad to hear everything was so powerfull and spiritual, that is the coolest.

So you were able to sleep from what I read? That is amazing considering when tripping on LSD or shrooms it is literally impossible to turn your mind off enough to get to sleep. Did cannibus help with the sleeping? Did you feel tired or did you 'decide' that it was a good time to sleep?

yeah sleeping what nice.. but it wasn't needed. I could have stayed up if I wanted to but I felt it was time to rest my eyes.

yes, it felt good.  the warm smooth wave of THC increased the affects but it seems to cloud the mind too, so we didn't smoke that much.

I was tired but I wanted to sleep to be engerized for tomorrow. when I awoke I still had the mescaline high. for the next few days I was feeling great!! :laugh:

that looks like a good amount. I would cut them right above the root system.. that way you can grow the cacti still. so in a few years you can take another cutting from it. :laugh:

P.S. hopefully they are over 3 years old. I here that is the mininum to have before ingestion, but let us now how it goes. :smile:

Well keep in mind it was like a good 12 hours after taking it before we went to sleep

wasnt really tired, just felt we should go to sleep for a while and chill our minds

I could sleep, but it wasnt very deep, and i only slept for a few hours. I was still high as hell when i woke up and remained so all day

I ended up tripping alone because my friend changed his mind.
I prepared 2 of the cacti and ended up with 1 cup of san pedro syrup. It didn't tate as bas as I though, mainly very sour. didn't get any nausia so that was a pleasant surprise :grin:
within 1/2 hour I could feel something was changing and in 2 houres or something I hit the peak. It was a very nice clear headed high, visually everything was sparkling etc. amazing closed eye visuals too.
After a few houres we decided to wakl around. it was very nice to walk, everything felt soooo good. It was alo very quiet because the were o people int he streets because everyone was speeping. I like that a lot more than when there are people walking around everywhere.
music was great too, I listed different kinds of music an everything was beautifull. I also put on the shpongle cd are you shpongled?. I downloaded it this week and somehow it sounded really 'fake'. extremely weird though. pinkfloy's dark side of the moon was amazing and I enjoyed feetwood mac a lot too.
since my 2 friends weren't trippign we didn't have these deep conversations you usually have when tripping.
Food was also great. I remember being completely surprized how great a kiwi tastes :laugh:

The peak lasted for about 5 1/2 - 6houres and after that the visuals became less but it ws still very spacy. the peak started at about midnight and I didn't sleep to at least 9 am.

Definately going to try this again because it'great :grin:

oh yeah, it's almost 3 pm now and I'm still high :thumbup:
going to smike a nice joint now to enjoy the rest of the afternoon with :spliff:

hey i jsut got 300 grams of dried peruvian torch peelings...ive tripped on mescaline b4..but ony off 32 grams of dried peelings....I was wonderin..how much more should i take to have a more..heavier experience...What is a good dose is what im asking.

DEFIANTLY a nice report.

seriously though, i hate to be a a dick about this, but how on earth can you write in such a gripping and magical way, but not know how to spell definitely. Defiantly doesnt even sound like definitely when you say it aloud. And you say it about 30 times in your whole story.

Then at one point you did become aware of your mistake, as someone else typed definately, which is also wrong, but definitely a lot closer to the actual word you were looking for.

by the way, in case you now wondered, the meaning of defiantly is something along the lines of provocatively, rebelliously etc..

ok now everyone hate on me until i cry. i dont care. i think its fucking pathetic how nobody mentions this, like it wasnt obvious enough.

i LOVED the report, i swear, but this was just getting too crazy.
