hydrogen peroxide kills spores, so don't use it in your substrate. but no, it won't hurt the mycelium, unless you use it in too high of a concentration, it may have a hard time growing. but, if you put it in your jars, the spores will get killed when you innoculate.

Thanks Link, the mycelium is already growing fairly well but slowly.
I heard that hydrogen peroxide breaks down into water and oxygen, and thought my whole grain substrate was lookng a little dry. So I injected about 1 cc of it in each jar thinking that it would give it some needed moisture plus oxygen to help it out.

I didnt dilute it so I hope it wasn't too high of a concentration like you said, and I hope breaks down on its own.
