I feel like I can't be the person I am or want to be.
This happens especially at school.
I think its because I'm a weak person, I don't know.

dont let being tense keep you from being who you are. Do you feel that other people over power you in your "quest" to be who you are? You ever feel childish at times? Not because you want to... but because you feel like youve been placed there?

Everyone reacts in different ways around different people. No one will ever really KNOW you unless you want them to, and even then they will only know as much as you want them to.
Do what makes you happy. Be who you feel comfortable being. And anyone who doesn't like you for you, then they aren't worth your time anyways. If they can't accept you for you, then it's their loss.. not yours.
Don't let anyone hold you down from being yourself.

i've gone through ALl these things in my head so many times!
it doesn't make sense
its like im overpowered by the feelings they send out
if my friends or anyone i could talk to was there i could be myself
...but then i wonder if i'm leeching off their company

I doubt you are. Sometimes our anxiety gets the best of us. It's normal to feel that way sometime. Just take a deep breath and relax. They're your friends for a reason. No reason to feel uncomfortable.

i think ive had this problem as well, i can be "myself" around some people, my friends and people i know mostly, but people i dont know i get frustrated and a lot of times i get pissed off really fast cause of my frustration... but, ive learned that i shouldnt think about if im being me or not, and just... be.

its really a terrible place......especailly mine...filled with snobbish assholes nad its a small school so you only have friends if you're popular

I'm glad to hear that it was working a bit for you today. Seems to me like you have alot of anxiety. We all do. It's natural. You just need to realize that there is no need for some anxiety. The more you overcome that, the better you will feel. It's not easy, let me assure you. I have excessive anxiety and i'm supposed to be on medication for it but i refuse to take it. I have developed a way to suppress it when needed, for the most part. You will too, over time.
Don't worry. Everyone feels what you are feeling now, at some time. In most cases, alot of the time.
