that's a nice load of horse shit, how much does it cost? the cop was assaulted
while attempting to use a taser, he never had the chance to pat the guy down
for weapons so in all legitimacy the could may well have feared for his life
even with a fleeing suspect, how does the cop know what the guy is packing, all
he knows is he pulled the guy for a tail light and the guy ran like hell, he
caught the fucker, pulled his taser and the guy hit him to keep from being
tased, (once again, it proves that these tools are ineffective) and again the
guy bolted, he has no way of knowing the real disposition of the guy or if the
guy has a warrant or if he's a hardened criminal that has killed cops before

I dont make these kinds of threads, I just point out that in the vast majority
