romantic/normal/creepy action?

Ok, so i got sort of bored, and started remembering parts of my childhood. i remembered a girl that i liked alot, and who you could tell liked me alot too, but nothing happened. ( ok this was maybe um.. slightly less than 9 years ago rofl.. i was like 10 ).. but i saw her from time to time and she always approached me and tried to talk to me, but i was in a completely paralyzed state of hell because of a number of things, and nothing ever really happened. One of the last times I saw her, maybe 3-4 years ago, was another very embarassing moment where we attempted conversation and i flunked right out, but I had been meaning to ask her to a dance at the time. She moved away before I could ask... that was sad

Now, while I was in my bored state, I asked a friend to help me find her, and he sort of did. Apparently shes a "nice, christian" girl ( but i remember she was always very smart.. hmm )... I sort of have the urge to email her or something, and try to get some kind of friendliness formed. Is this a creepy stalkerish action, or a good but low % chance of success action? Sometimes I don't trust my own judgement, and I'm sort of at a loss now.

In a way, I'm seeking closure for all the times I couldn't talk to her, I guess...

I don't think she'll think its creepy. I get emails occassionally from people in my past who have dropped out of my life and it doesn't creep me out as long as it stays on a friendly level. Email her.

I had soemthign like that with another girl. I was nine or ten and I almost asked her to dance, and then I moved away.

Take her on a date to a sushi bar, and have lots of saki. Sushi is very fun for first daters.
