It sounds like you already have the basic points all wrapped up in that paragraph, so it's a good thesis paragraph. or "opening" paragraph. So then what you would need to do is create paragraphs delving into and going deeper into detail and articulation about each major point, etc, capice? So I would divide that paragraph into all the major points and issues and so on, and then go from there...

In essence you are saying that the climate of each geographical location where a people lives has bearing on the Perceptions, Attitudes, and Cognitions of those people.

I initially see a problem that could be cleared up, although maybe I am reading it wrong. You say at one point that the climate separates us from one another, personally, individually, in our PACs. But at another point, you say that the climate affects us geographically.

I think you have to make a hypothesis that either the climate affects us individually within even a given geographical location, or as a people within each geographical area that has a separate climatic condition from any other geographical area.
