I was keen to once, but I had no way of getting to and from this cemetary. So, I didn't want to spend 12 hours roaming around a cemetary.
Main reason I wanted to try it, is that you may be able to feel the presence of the dead and perhaps communicate with some, somehow.

Seems like an all around terrible idea to me.....but I get spooked fairly easily. Not to mention the tresspassing factor, or are cemetaries open 24/7?

ive gotten stoned with friends and my sister in a cemetary many times.. it was a bit eerie because i knew i was surrounded my dead bodies. but nothing spooky happened, infact i got so cought up talking i totally forgot about being in a cemetary
its an really old cemetary too
i had my dog with me on 1 occasion, he didnt go weird either.. or even stare into 1 spot for a long time. cemetary's are gay. i end up just reading the names on tombstones and when the person died.. thats about as much fun you can have in a cemetary
maybe if your tripping and you think hard enough about ghosts and paranormal things maybe you might see one, i dunno..

I've heard of man people giving trip reports of friends or friens of friends dosing in fields and seeing all sorts of spooky ass stuff. I'm sure if you did it alone, you would really freak yourself out

I agree. I'd never do it. Too risky. I'm gonna trip alone in the dark next time though, that should rule. ;D

One of my 'drug related' goals in life is to do a Peyote trip at Jim Morrisons grave. That would kick ass. Seriously.

Just so you know, there's a police officer standing by the grave all the time while the cemetary's open. There's also a constant stream of hippies to and from the gravesite (the reason for the officer).

A friend of mine and some of his housemates ate a fair number of shrooms in this really old cemetary in Halifax on Hallowe'en, and being aww crap! Don't you hate it when your popsicle falls apart when you're in the middle of eating it? Anyways, they starting telling ghost stories until the shrooms really started kicking in, then they freaked out and ran away

my lady had dosed and gone hiking earlier in the day, not fully down i decided to drive in to watch the sunset. i found some charcoal in the trunk and made a couple rubbings, then we sat on some steps and could hear old men playing cards. we came to the conclusion that it was a very peaceful place.
one of the only places in town where one can sit and enjoy the quiet. that spirits would come here to find refuge just as we had.
we walked by a shack so we could pee, and there was piles of decorations, plastic santa claus, dead flowers and a lone headstone of a previous caretaker.
next thing i know we're doing it behind the shack, an Owl hoots from very close behind me. i decide it's a good omen. at least we didn't cause offense while expressing our love, and we were welcome there.

After climbing a mounting for a few hours a large group of us tripped in a cemetary. We found a really nicely kept grave with lights and stars and all this fancy shit, and tripped on it for a bit. Chaced some deer around, played in the trees...but the Pigs showed up after bout half an hour adn hassled us til we left. A fun time but nuthin special. If ppl wanna see ghosts just think about it anytime you are coiling, dont have to be in a cemetary. You can control what goes on....its all in your head:p
