The shotgun is slowing down for sure. The AA+'s are still pumping out, probably because they put out a lot slower than the rest.

Got a couple more shots. Another big AA+ (15.1g wet) And the 1/2 sized one that had some brownish looking stuff on it. I didn't know if it was dying mycelium or bacteria so I just tossed it. (this is the one that was all bruised looking)
  I also tossed out the brazil cake that just put out its 5th flush, so the SGFC is dwindling down. Its given me enough to last a good while so i'm happy. The mini dub tub is still pumping some out too. Not an even flush by any means, but Its still healthy.

Every grow I do I take a moment and think about what I could have done to improve results.

If you do this I think you'll have major success with your monotubs.

Oh I know what I did wrong. Using the different types of cakes, not mixing the CVG enough in the bucket because I was scared of leaving it open for too long, not mixing well while spawning, and stuffing my top holes way too tight at first...But Its doing pretty decent, so that gives me a little more confidence for when my grain jars get done.:japsmile:

I am actually making a batch of tea to try out the AA+ for the first time. :thumbup: :crazy2:

It's been a little while since the last update. I'm guessing the SG is on its last week. Just harvested a few brazils the other day,and an AA+ this am. But things are grinding to a stop. The Mini dub tub is still putting out, but slowing down too. It seems to be running out of water, the whole thing is shrinking away from the walls. No signs of contams so I might try and dunk it...(AA+ from a cake, What I've got drying, and a peek inside the mini.)

I "dunked" the mini...Just poured a half of a bottle of water on the top. It just sat on top for a while and when I got home later it was all soaked in. After that I poured the rest on and it soaked it all up. I'm pretty sure it could take another half a bottle but I'm going to leave it...This was 2 days ago and it already looks like its putting out more pins...Up to the minute pics of the SG and A blurry one of the mini.

:lol: Glad I didn't add that extra half of a bottle. I looked at the mini this morning, 3 days after adding the bottle and noticed water sitting in the bottom underneath/on the side of the foil. I have holes from the mycelium eating at the foil so it leaked through. Going hydroponic lol. I just grabbed a turkey baster and sucked out the standing water. Didn't smell like anything. But it does look like metabolites on the outside of the foil:justdontknow: keeping an eye out.

I wonder if it helped with the "dunk" letting it absorb all the water it could...not sure exactly when it all leaked out. I just happened to notice the slightly darker water sittin in the bottom. (about 3/4 of an inch) Could be too wet?!?!? I guess we'll see.
