I have had some back pain recently and noticed recently that I have developed a really bad posture. I constantly slump over while viewing the computer and some how find it hard to keep upright. anyone had this problem. Another problem I have is I have grown acustom to sleepinng I wierd positions on my stomach or side. I try sleeping on my back as much as I can but I always have to roll over after awhile usually like after 25-40 mins later. Im considering getting one of those upside down suspension table things maybe that might help.

try situps
and backlifts
and any long-impact continous workout for the back and stomach muscles.

Could be that. I don't do anything for excercise. I'll try that.

My high school sports medicine teacher had talked to us about back posture once. She had said if you sit on one of those big rubber balloons, that it keeps your spine in neutral alignment if you sit straight up. Im sorry I cant give you the name I forgot. But kids use them to play around also. Its the thing kids sit on and they can hop around the room on em.

Also the Back table thing is a great Idea. My Uncle has one that I use sometimes and helps.
