i had cobweb mold on one of my casings and sprayed it down with just straight 3% h2o2... you shouldn't dilute it, it doesn't hurt the mycelium much and it kills the mold quick.

The fuzz is normal. It merely means that your humidity is nice and high. Cobweb mold is very grey and is easily distinguishable from mycellium which is white. Here's a little rhyme for you.
Whites alright
Grey go away
Ok it's stupid but it's easy to remember
