is this cobweb mold?

first timer. so far so good . . . unless this is cobweb mold? also, one of the pins have a couple white spots on them -- is this normal?
i can post more pics for a clearer image?

this is what you don't want :

Cobweb mold will grow like mad and become very obvious.
Cobweb is darker than cubensis mycelium... more of a grey than a white.
Once you have seen cobweb mold...it is very easy to tell the difference.
Regular cubensis mycelium can look an awful lot like cobweb until you know what to look for.

Yes a couple are growing down into the perlite. what's up with that? is this not normall?

i would say that the light reflecting off of the perlite is casusing that, noting abnormal about that
