It seems like there's some sort of large misunderstanding going on between us like he has all these ideas about me

I one day figured it would have been best to send him a lengthy heartfelt PM explaining my thoughts on our interactions and hopefully come to a mutual resolution of a higher understanding of like who we both are as human beings

But by the time I got home from work that day, when I got the idea to have a meaningful conversation with him, he had already written me off as whatever he wants to believe me as being for some reason, and told me he was putting me on his ignore list as the first person and said I was like the worst poster he ever saw

An estimated 1 million Americans each year buy their medications online from Canada. Now you tell me how many Canadians go to the USA for medical procedures. Since you guys are all experts on what happens in Canada's health care system, you should of course know. The cross border drug trade is what should be banned, Canada should never have drug shortages because we sold medicines to murica. You are all so proud how medicine and health care is a private industry then you should pay for it. You should make drug companies rich when you buy that cancer medicine, that's what you are saying you want.
PS everyone goes to Mexico now for procedures it's cheaper and you recoup in a nice resort instead of a hospital.

provide the drug free of charge to cancer patients, our legislature quickly
defunded it because it was at the rise of the 'drugs are bad, mmmmm kay' era
