I have a ton of compassion for animals. Hell, I've sent multiple people on this very website money to help them pay for emergency vet bills and here flapjack is talking shit.

It's just frustrating when you come to ask a question on how to get rid of these damn things, and it turns into a drama fest for a few.

and flapjack - they dont just wake me up once or twice. If you read the entire thread you would see that they are rotting my patio and causing water damage underneath the door onto the carpet when it rains.

You could buy an annoyatron (http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/b278/) and hide it in the main office (under the floorboards is a great place if you have basement access). Then while those bitches are distracted, you can sneak up to the gutter and put some course screen over the gutters.

Killing the pigeons will only open up the gutter for other pigeons. If you want them to stay dead, pigeon killing is going to have to become your new hobby. I suggest a crossman 10-pump pellet pistol. They're pretty quiet, and they have enough power to kill or maim a pigeon with a decent shot. I had one that I used to shoot inside my apartment, and I never had any complaints from my neighbors. It's the urban pigeon assassin's ideal weapon.

I live on the second floor. I do not have a ladder that will go that high.

maintenance has, or said they have, cleared it out, but i doubt it because they've still been there.

its been 3 years dealing with this shit.
