about a thousand people have asked this damn question. no, it is not contamination, it is mycelial growth. dont be worried, its the good stuff.

At first, I too thought this white stuff was weird and posed a potential threat. But I have found peace with it and have learned to love it! Don't worry, it's suppose to be there.

Sorry to piss you off Felix, I'm new at this and I wasn't informed to expect the fuzz. I have been browsing the newsgroup but not reading every post.. I guessed I missed it.

Anyway, thank you for setting my mind at ease. It's much easier to love the fuzz than to start from scratch again.

You might be contaminated if:

You have strange green shit growing in your ear, eye, belly button, arse or other bodily orifice.

There is a swarm of flies surrounding you everywhere you go.

You have a rank odor that people can't stand to be around.

Solutions if you are contaminated: Bathe in 100% peroxide or bleach.
Note: bathing at least 1 time a week after decontamination may help.
