Has anyone ever used a decontamination chamber?

This is my first grow and I have been studying and lurking the boards for weeks now trying to learn everything I can to make sure I do it right. I plan on doing a monotub spawned from WBS, undecided on what to use on substrate and casing. Anyway, I am really worried about contams and I want to do everything possible to increase my chances of success. Has anyone ever made themselves a decontamination chamber for the spawning stage? So much of it is done in open air that I am worried I will get contams. I was thinking of setting up a tent in my place, spraying it down with lysol and oust, and running a hepa in it for a couple hours before I do the spawning. Is this just totally above and beyond what is necessary or is this not a bad idea if im trying to guarantee success?

It may be a little excessive. But in reality the HEPA filter is your best bet there as it will remove airborne contaminants, the ones most likely to ruin your grow. Though to be honest your spawn will probibly overpower any contaminants at this point anyway. It's more important that you did not contaminate your spawn and that you properly pasteurize your sub. Do this and you can probibly follow no precautions past washing your hands and get away with it 99.9% of the time. Though simply washing your dirty dishes regularly and not leaving foodstuffs to rot and mold inside are wise precautions to remove substantial contaminants from the environment outright.
edit: Was just prepping for a LC clone of some commercial portabellos and I just remembered brush your teeth and use mouthwash too. If your real paranoid you can get one of em medical masks that will shield your project from your oral germs.

I used to go so overboard with sterility it was ridiculous,I'm talking face mask, hairnet, mouthwash gloves, alcohol lamps, you name it I did it all..Funny thing is that is back when I lost EVERYTHING to contamination, every jar I made either got bacillus or trich
Once I learned to prepare my grain properly no more bacillus and once I started doing everything in a still air glovebox sprayed down with bleach solution no more trich either.
Every now and again a contamination is inevitable but you can dramatically decrease them with a simple still air box and a spray bottle of bleach solution
Its like contamination plagues people when they first start out and than after you get a solid idea of what you are doing you can get away with nothing aside from some hand sanitizer and a room sprayed down with Lysol
