I was looking to get some creatine monohydrate recently to take my beta-alanine with and I came across this, 1 pound for 17.99$. Me not patient enough to order anything else online, I rode to the nearest GNC store and got it. I actually can already feel it working. It comes in a white, odorless, tasteless powder and 1 teaspoon = 5 grams (5,000mg creatine monohydrate). I've read reviews online and they are pretty good.
The thread I came across had a couple bullshitters and then after they were done bullshitting, one guy was like "If GNC sells it and it's creatine monohydrate, you can bet it's going to be good." and I can agree that it's good as I'm already noticing effects, I have taken 3 or 4 servings in under 12 hours. Does anyone else take creatine?
edit: Just decided to start working out and the workout is going awesome. Did a lot of pullups and hung in the bottom pullup position hanging by my fingers, got to the point where I couldn't hold my weight with my fingers. I look swole as hell.
