I have a very hard time believing this. I just read the article in Le Journal de Montreal. Not a fiction paper.

They will inject microchips in welfare recipients to control what they buy. The chip will refuse to pay for cigarettes and booze and it will track every purchases. The purpose is to limit welfare fraud.

Clearly this is a hoax (It just has to be...)

Then again the seperatists are in power and they've been doing weird fucked up shit ever since they've been there. They're currently trying to take away the liberties of religious people. So they are capable of doing this microchip thing...

Surprised as fuck though. Quebec actually beat the US in the race of injecting microchips in their citizens.

Why would they do that when the microchip gives them the added bonus of being able to track your every move?

I think that to get on welfare you should be required to:

1) Enlist as an organ donor

2) Get a tattoo or implant on whatever part of the body that the Bible says the mark of the beast goes (Right hand I think)

3) Sign your welfare children up for selective service

4) Enlist any and all recipients of welfare benefits (parents and children) for participation in the Soilent Green program.
If you want us to feed you when you're broke, you had better be ready to feed us once we are.

no doubt there's a lot of bullshit but i do feel as though it's very easy to sensationalize the actual capacity for control that the government has...they are doing all sorts of wild shit but so are lots of people
