Legalize murder!

MinnesnowtaNice If you want to Legalize murder there is a procedure you will have to follow.I will explain to you what that intails. First you need to fill out a request form. On the top line Where it reads REQUEST
you will write Legalize murder. Im going to give you a special number which is your processing code. You will write this number next where you wrote Legalize Murder.Ok this is your processing code number PC-AJXKL23445658843812000043400MB004444593003000000037859001. Now this number will enable us to bring up you request relativly quickly if need be. On the bottom of the form there is a spot that reads Reson for Request. Go aheaad and write out  all reasons for this request, get witnesses and other suporters to write there reasons If need be you can use a seperate peice of paper. You can  use regular note book paper as long as you intiale it at the end of each line other wise you will have to use Leagal paper.
Ok once that is compleated submite that form to the Centeral Committe
There they will take a look at it, Most likely they will debate it a bit and from there they will decide what department would best sute your request. Most likely I see this going to the special reserch branch of our instituion. There it will be debated on it merits Its pros and cons and if enough members there decide this is a good Idea it will be  sent back to the Centeral comittee where the Chief Counsle of the Commitee will decide to take it to the floor for a vote or not. If it goes to the flore and  passes Then it is sent to the finance commitee to determin the cost of its emplication so a budget can be created. Then off to me to sign. Just to let you know I usually sign everthing that pases the commitee. Now the Chief Counsle of the commitee can kill the whole thing rite then and there. so it will never see the floore. But you can submite the same request up to three times. If it fails for the third time then you can put up to the shroomery comunity for a vote. Thats a little change I implecated a while back for our members convenance. The whole process can take up to 5 months. If you really want this to pass you should hit up sheekle to do some lobying for you. I here his brother Is married to the Chief Counlse of the  commitee's sister. He might have some pull there. Ok I hope this helps if you have any other questions feel free to contact our office and talk to one of my representive. Good luck to you.
