PNW ID Request - Active

These were found in a logged road among shrubs that would host psilocybe semilanceta. It was growing from sandy soil on-top of woody debris. Upon after picking these ive noticed bruising on the stem (pics soon to prove this) and cap margin darkening. I think they might be ps. subfimetaria or (sierrae)
Habitat: Logged area, now turned into riparian zone. Many wild animals nearby. Deer and elk spotted regularly.
Gills:tan to light brown. with black-ish purple edges
Stem: White to tan with a black-ish ring, bruising after being handled for 20 minutes
Cap: flat to slightly conical, with a small nipple in the center. Noticed somewhat of a pellicle when fresh.
Bruising: on edges of the caps and along the middle of the stems where handled
General location: PNW

Species found: P. azurescens P. cyanescens P. semilanceata P. pelliculosa P. stuntzii G. luteofolius Pan. cinctulus

You should print them, they look like stuntzii to me. I'd wait for a TI if I were you.

Print being done now. I tried one earlier, but my friend insisted on driving crazy so I couldn't get much besides a bit of purple on a napkin. Mind you, this is one of those pull over and walk past the metal gate kind-of trails, not a neighborhood or anything. Its basically smack dab in a forest. Up towards mt rainier about 1400 ft elevation.

Cool find.

My teacher always ID'd
my psilly finds as Galerina.
So i will say its a galerina
just to remind people to be careful.
Would help if you have habitat pics,
better gill pics and spore print.

Suntzii? Wow im amazed. Newsflash everyone you can find stuntzii in forests!
This is the first stuntzii I have found. The reason I thought they might be fimetaria is because the habitat for them is described as nearby semilanceata. Stuntzii also would fit this habitat though because of the amount of bark mulch and rich soils. I just would not expect to find stuntzii in this far out of country when usually its described on lawns near the puget sound.
Thank you guys for taking the time to look at my thread. BTW, who is starting the 2013 Fall PNW Thread?

P stuntzii is highly variable and a trooper of a species when it comes to habitats. P fimetaria on the other hand is ultra rare and is a dung lover.
These are most likely P stuntzii.

Looks like you are. Nice stunzii, I just moved to the PNW and am looking forward to finding some of these.

What a weird place to find stuntzii. Next time you find anything like this could you take a picture of them before you pick them, I would love to see the habitat.

The habitat you describe is not correct for Psilocybe(s) semilanceata, fimetaria, subfimetaria, would work for almost any other species from the genus Psilocybe that are native to this region since the bulk of the rest of them are woodlovers.

Habitat pics as promised! Also, spore print came out purple but very small so I'm taking a few more until I can get a clear picture of it.

About 1 foot next to them are these sedges.

Yeah I was going to say the same. That looks like pretty good ringer habitat, it was like a flashback to my first P. stunzii find.
