HBWR preparation: zero nausea quick onset guaranteed
    #1775738 -

Before you read on, I would like to make it clear that I don't exactly know much about the chemical properties of LSA, except that it is similarly structured to LSD and 1/10th-1/30th of the potency.

I ordered 50 seeds from Bouncing Bear Botanicals, and the first night I tried them, I peeled the fuzzy outer covering off of the seeds and ate eight of them with a friend of mine. We ate 2 every 15 minutes for an hour, and the trip didn't set in for at least another hour. We chewed the seeds until it was time to eat two more, so we were basically chewing for an entire hour straight. We got horrible nausea and didn't trip that hard at all, but it was still enjoyable. Minor visuals nothing fancy.

Last night, we did this following method, and some of you mind find this helpful. None of us (3) got nausea AT ALL, and we all tripped really, really hard with a very quick onset and a very long peak. Personally, I will never dose HBWR any other way.

1) Peel the fuzzy outer covering off of your seeds.
2) Grind in a coffee grinder into a fine powder.
3) Let soak in a few tablespoons of pure lime juice for 30 minutes in a decent sized drinking glass, mixing every 10 minutes.
4) After 30 minutes, mix the lime juice with a good amount of orange juice.
5) The last mouthful will be a lot of the hard, ground up powder. You can opt to chew it, but none of us did, we all chugged it, and tripped fine.

Within 20 minutes, you'll begin to feel the onset of the trip. It'll come on hard, and you'll be already be tripping before the nausea has a chance to kick in [or perhaps the lime juice killed the nauseating chemicals?]. Either way, you won't feel sick. I advise having some cannabis handy in case you do, as individual results/seeds/bodytypes vary.

edit: removed an unimportant step

I love you, I am just coming down from a beautifull HBWR trip. I used your lime juice extraction method. I am a very bit out currently. But:
No nausea, i am trippping balls, i will give you all a better description of my trip sometime later, but it works

the psilocybian alkaloids are completely soluble in water, there's no need to acidify: just make tea.

BTW: for mg seeds i've had good results using cranberry juice.

After I make my tea I mix it with lime juice to kill the taste (it makes me gag if I don't) I don't even taste the shrooms after that. I have never had much nausea this way, but I usually don't get nausea very much anyway I injest them. I just mix with lime so I don't have to taste them

Glad you had fun.

Out of 250 seeds over a couple week span, a few friends and I only had a few people vomit. One time was when someone drank mine (22 seeds) instead of her's (8 seeds), and when my other friend thought doing 30 would be a good idea.

For anyone: I highly recommend doing low amounts at first, 5-8, and then building your way up from there.

I haven't puked yet.

Do you think if i swallow them with lime just (after cleaning, flaming, grounding and chewing on them for a while ofcourse) The lime just might still help kill the nausea, u know without preparing the tea? Also im thinking about cleansing, and crushing them the day before my trip so i can just chew em straight when i come out of work on Saturday. Will keeping them on a zip-lock bag do justice or does it have to be done right before consuming???

I've done this and it worked fine.

Take a poland spring bottle, put some lime juice in it.
Have your pre-crushed seeds.
Mix powdered seeds into lime juice. Let sit in bottle.
Fill with juice.
Drink.

Edit: Another thing I wanted to add to this thread. After I drank about 10 beers one day I forgot I had plans to trip with my friend, so we did the seeds anyway. We puked. We puked bad. 1) Don't mix alcohol and these and 2) since then, I've become completely grossed out with having chunks in the mixture and having to swallow them. The last time I tripped, I filtered the mixture through cloth and got all of the chunks/non-powdered seeds out, and still tripped as hard as I would have had I swallowed the chunks.

S2dope, do you normally get sick with HBWR seeds? If so, did straining out the seed chunks reduce/erase any nausea you had?

a simple question.
could we get the best of both world (capsule and lime) by starting to do the crushing, blending with pure lime, then drink the lime/orange juce and put the rest of the wet powder into capsules?

you could, but you'd have to dry it first, as water disolves capsule material. it would not be a good idea, as any nausia that occurs from ingestion of toxins present in the seed solids will occur regaurdless of whether they're in capsuls or not. the purpose of the lime juice extraction, as i understand it, is to get the lysergic amides into solution with the acidified water [lime juice] while leaving whatever toxins cause the headache/nausia/stomach pain in the seed solids.

i did the lime juice extraction last night. zero effects. but i used lemon. does it have to be lime? and also i used morning glories. 300 seeds. soaked for 30 minutes in lemon juice. then anothr 30 minutes in water. mixed the two liquids with orange juice, first half then 30 minutes later the other half. followed by 1 gram of vitamin c. half hour later i ate the pulp. should i use more seed? what did i do wrong?

Filtering the chunks does not hinder the trip and helps reduce nausea, as well.
