weird slime mold

looking through a field guide it looked like mucilago crustaea

it had a white outside, and a black inside, and it had red goo that looked like blood, like this mushroom was on the rag or something

it was growing off of mixed horse/cow shit and straw, and there was a peice of a material like a tarp, but more porous that it was starting to grow over which i thought was pretty neat

the red goo seemed to have dried up, maybe cause i snapped the mushroom in half when i first found it


my camera broke so i couldnt snap pics, but for some reason the video still worked so i took some screenshots of the video

so sorry for quality of pics

i didnt notice toothed gills, but might of had them, the goo is spot on, but the rest of Hydnellum peckii looks a but different then mine
