Yeah they mention that mama cass brought a vial of sandoz lsd-25 down to the beach with her and they lived off it and an american express card for several weeks, among much else. Cool little tid bit on the history of the band

I'll bet plenty of people have taken millions of doses of acid. And had plenty to say afterwards. Maybe less. But not nothing.

Glad you liked it Meams!  Yeah, it's only on DVD on Netflix.  BTW, John is talking, almost surely, about Sidney Cohen in that last story about the psych ward.  Pretty cool. 

Man, I need to find a really good video editor though.  Did you notice that the video and audio doesn't exactly synch up?  I used Wondershare because Windows Movie Maker was cutting out little bits at the end of the clips for some reason.  I'm getting really frustrated.  I want a really legit editor.

Yeah i noticed the sound was off by a few halfseconds, but it didnt effect the quality of the viewing experience at all for me.

You know whats funny? That guy at the end talking about the effects of taking LSD everyday for a while mentions seeing the little fuzz ball creatures scurrying by that losfreddy is talking about in his big pub thread.  :pipesmoke:

Depends on the concentration, if you mix 100 ugs of LSD with a quart of whisky it isn't that much.  I also doubt that it was mixed 10 mgs per 2.2 mls either (close to the standard sweet breath bottle, or 100 drops).  That would be like 40,000 hits of LSD.  Also a hit of LSD was a lot stronger in the 60's so it could be equivilant to over 100k hits of todays LSD hits.  I doubt it was this much though, they probably just mixed a gram or so in a quart of whisky/vodka.

I've mixed alprazolam and then put it into sweet breath bottles many times, so that is my experience.  Generally a full Ice drops container holds like 180-185 hits and its around 4 mls.  There is a little bit of room for error, but its around those amounts regardless of which mint dropper it is.

Well I'm really glad you liked it, despite the bad synch.  I listen to the M&P at work too, on my Pandora station.  That documentary really makes me want to get into their pre-M&P stuff like The Journeymen, The Big 3 and The Mugwumps.  I really love that song that they show Cass singing.  It's awesome.

And Fapjack, I'll just take your word for it.  I've never seen more than a Sweet Breath bottle of LSD and wouldn't know how to turn crystal into liquid unless I really followed Chinacat's thread really closely.
