What would the repercussions, besides the law, from ingesting L to induce pregnancy on a date near the expected delivery date? Will it pass the placenta in 24 hours assuming labor will be induced?? Will it pass at all?

Unclear.
This old study suggests that for every 100ug consumed, .5ug will pass to the fetus during "late pregnancy". Not done in humans though.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/5814183/
In the early stage of pregnancy, 2.5 percent (and in the late stage, 0.5 percent) of the radioactive dose passed the placental barrier into the fetus in 5 minutes. Over 70 percent of this fetal radioactivity was unchanged (15)C-lysergic acid diethylamide
My guess would be that the effect of accumulating lsd inside the placenta on blood flow to the fetus would be more harmful to the fetus than the lsd itself

What percent of pregnant women that take LSD while carrying end up becoming induced? Is it like a for sure thing?

No idea. I actually did not even know until koods said so that it had the potential to induce labor at all, I had thought it was being investigated for other reasons related to treating maternal blood loss. My guess is that if it were extremely likely to induce premature labor there would be some cases studies on that out there, since I imagine LSD has been taken by pregnant women a reasonably high number of times in the last 60 years.
I hope these questions are purely hypothetical. Damage to the baby aside, if I had misgivings about how my LSD use might permanently affect my unborn child's life, I expect I'd have a uniquely awful trip.

Idk if lsd can induce labor. Ergot and other ergot derivatives can induce labor

Congratulations!!!!! Parenthood is amazing. My wife “overmicrodosed” at work one day and thought something was strange so she took a pregnancy test when she got home, and she was pregnant! She stopped dosing at that point. Sorry I have no data for you, just excited! Wife’s a child maternal health nurse, and she would always joke about taking a bunch of Coke to induce labor, because it supposedly does, but anything like that comes with it’s own set of drawbacks. The doctors and nurses know a lot better drugs for bleeding and inducing or prolonging or whatever you would need than lsd, maybe not as fun though. Really happy for you!

back when i was preggers i ingested scorpion peppers with phosphorescent peyote buttons in an attempt to fortify my womb with the elemental power of fire, then gave birth to a mongoloid demon baby. 100% would not advise
