To be quite honest. Hatred seems like a task to have. Maybe its just me but I dont think I've ever felt hatred in my life before. Of course I've been angry but I've ALWAYS gotten over it shortly...but hatred is completely foreign to me.

for real.

I am only human, i make mistakes, and sometimes people flip out on me, and hate me forever. Some people hold grudges more than others, but damn, I can honestly say ive never held a grudge more than a week, and those people who show signs of being human I cant help but forgive them...for anything. I am not perfect, and i get mad at people some times, but i have never flipped out on someone, nor have I hated them for etended periods of time. I dont see how its possible! I guess its not my spot though, i can only control what i do.

I don't see how it is possible, either, and it is definitely unhealthy. To keep the anger going, you have to keep feeding it, always feeding it. That takes a lot of energy, and it isn't very pure energy, either. It will ruin you from the inside, it isn't very useful, except for severely blurring your outlook on things.

I mean, people do stupid things. A lot of people are misguided. Sometimes, they might even purposely give you a bad time, all the time. Playing the game is a waste of your time, and it gives them what you want. They want you to react, it shows them that they have power. I remember someone posting about the fire-chasing demons once, the same thing applies here.

Wear your grudge like a crown of negativity.
Calculate what we will or will not tolerate.
Desperate to control all and everything.
Unable to forgive your scarlet lettermen.
Clutch it like a cornerstone. Otherwise it all comes down.
Justify denials and grip it to the lonesome end.
