for every cup of rice put 1 1/2 cup of water and leave everything else out that is how i see it

maybe you misread... i understand the cup ratio...

here from previous:

My confusion lyes within this part... Okay.. it's a 'whole grain rice technique'.. what exactly is whole grain rice and how do i get it/produce it... also. ... all i need to be using is whole grain rice for substrate and a little water, and innoculate? that simple? comments. help.

"Whole grain rice" refers to plain old grains of rice,as opposed to rice flour,which is used in the PF and other teks....

No offense to 9er,but I think when using plain whole rice,it's better to be a bit on the dry side...
