Alcohol dilution ratios.

Alcohol:water mixtures are non-volume additive mixtures. This table may be used to determine the volume of water needed to reduce known volume strengths of
alcohol solutions to desired volume/volume strengths.



Also to note: bacterial and fungal cell structure are equally compromised by both ethanol and isopropyl alcohol.

Store-bought iso comes in either 91% or 70%, so the only common use for this is for diluting from 91 to 70 no?

Alcohol comes in different % ratios in different countries.

This is a non US post.
