Orange Spot On Myce

I,ve read the other posts on this but my situation is a little different.

On a bulk coco coir cake that is starting to pin, has an orange circle around it..Im not sure if its on the myce or on the pins, but im about to start fruiting it..wondering if i should cut out and fill with salt or if its just a cap

Mycelium does not piss. They're called metabolites.

Pics are key to identification but orange usually indicates metabolites. I've never had them excreted in my tubs only jars but we could probably tell you if you posted PIX :smile:
