are fucking awesome! I know Ythan had been kicking around the idea for a long time, but whoever actually implemented it (I'm guessing FOM?) you are completely badass. This is a well implemented totally epic feature. It's only the first day, and someone already created the most awesome forum ever: THE BEER FORUM, and that's just the beginning.

I know this isn't really thread worthy, I just wanted to say thank you to whoever implemented this. It is a completely epic and totally badass feature, and you are fucking awesome.

Dude, also, Ythan, the fact that you were so completely right about how awesome user created forums could be blows my mind. I totally doubted it when I first heard the idea, but it really is completely epic.

So glad you're liking them! I mentioned in passing to FOM that I thought it would be cool, and he just ran with it like a programmer possessed hehe. I think he did a great job implementing them and it'll be an awesome addition to the site. In the future we'll have more options for searching, sorting, and subscribing to user-created forums, so it's easier to find and highlight the ones you like best. If you want a general idea of what we're going for, take a look at Reddit and how they handle subreddits, that inspired the idea. But yeah, wish I could take credit, but this was all andy. Dude's earning his keep, amirite?

You're damn right. This could definitely grow into something beautiful. I would advise to stick with it and to find ways to avoid the potential negative effects associated with this.

Alan rockefeller made a Mushroom Photo forum for the MH&I so pictures dont have to be buried by cubensis grows and Id requests :thumbup: Brilliant Ythan :super:

I see. You should just make a separate one for the user-created forums. Probably the most key feature that needs to be sorted out is banning, cause after the forums take off, everyone's gonna start harassing you about it in a quick big shitstorm.
