Sterilizing Old Casing Question

O has an old casing of B+ on Horse Poo (see pic) that he wants to use to start a new set of jars. There are a few spots of the green on the casing, but they have not grown as the casing is all dried up.



O also has an old jar of Ecuadors on popcorn that he also wants to use to make some more jars. A mouse started to chew a hole in the filter disk and O now assumes the grain is not sterile.



From what I can determine from old posts O should make a dilution of Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) that he should soak the casing and old grains in before placing them in the new jars. O has 30percent H2O2 bleach and 3percent H2O2. What would be a good dilution to sterilize the grain? Also, how long should the grain sit in the H2O2 solution before being used as innoculant.

I would not think it to be a good idea to use either of the the items pictured above to start a new grow. They look horrid.

The mycellium in the bottom pic is perfectly fine... no contams (sorry about the pic). The reason that the whole casing is not in the first picture is because O used it for an outdoor bed (using Moe's tek) without a problem. He is sure that they can be used as grain to grain transfers to start some more jars... he just wondered what the right dilution of H2O2 would be in order to kill any contams/spores on the surface of the mycellium w/o killing it.
