First of all, every gaming mouse basically has the same DPI laser in it, so you are talking about the difference between any shit mouse vs any gaming mouse.

Secondly, I really dislike the claw grip of the Mamba, as do a lot of people.  The R.A.T. has the best build quality of any mouse I've seen, and it is completely customizable to get the best fit on your hand.

to each their own, ive held a RAT mouse but i dont know what kind it was. it was very small, like those portible mouses with retractible cords, except its cord didnt retract.

and idk what you mean by "claw grip", my pointer, middle and ring finger rest completely on the right,wheel and left buttons. pinky rests on the side of the mouse. my hand looks nothing like a "claw" while its sitting on it.

mamba still takes the cake for me by far.

Complete claw grip.  Also about the size, you realize that the R.A.T. is completely customizable with several pieces for the thumb and palms of different sizes.  You were not using the correct configuration for your hand.

I play RTS - StarCraft 2.  The mouse forces you to claw grip - it goes up at the end of your finger tips.

the "flair" at the end of the mouse is just aethetic and you really cant feel it. i have SC2 and honestly, i'm a completely scrub. i never play it anymore because i suck the only part i remotely enjoy is wintermaul-like co-op(ever played WC3?)  we'll just have to agree to disagree on the mouse thing.
