For real!...I go about my cannabis as casually as I do coffee & cigarettes, I forget this shit is still technically illegal, but around here I like that I don't have to worry about it. I'd be all sorts of paranoid being a cannabis smoker in states such as Virginia.


Every time (5 times or so) I have been stopped by cops whilst having weed on me and/or being high, they just have me dump it out, they even let me friend keep his hash on one occasion, and they have always let us keep our pipes/paraphernalia....and none of us have medical cards, though as sad as it sounds the color of our skin might be why we've never been fucked with by the man.

I've been considering it just so I can have my own personal garden. Nothing big, just a few plants, enough so I can have my own smoke and some to share/give to others.


But other than that, I really don't have any reason to get a medical card . The weed from "dealers" around here is just as good as in the dispensaries, and it cost considerably less $. And the "dealers" often have a variety of strains, hash/concentrates, and edibles too.


And every time I've had a run in with the man, they really don't seem to care if I have my card or not...though one day I might run into one that writes me a ticket for possession .

sorry about your luck, keep your nose clean and put this problem into the past!  you'll be way better off if you can without re-offending and stay out of the system.... after that you can move to Colorado or Washington or Oregon or California wherever you want.  Thankfully that much of freedom still exists.
