I'm glad where I live they don't give that much of a fuck. I've been caught with a grinder, weed, pipe, one hitter, and papers and all I got was my shit confiscated.

Which I got back! They threw it in the garbage and I went back and got later.

Sorry to hear about your predicament, move to Canada.

If they test it, it will undoubtedly come back with a positive result. I once had a cop field test a completely empty bag but because of the residual powders it came back positive.

Do you live in a decriminalized state?

I just talked to my lawyer and she said all they need is a trace of marijuana. Like either its THERE or its NOT. 6 Mo's Suspended License and 6 Mo's on an Offenders Program. Meh. At least it'll be dismissed after the 6 months.

I know man. After this incident, I learned never to smoke weed in my car or leave any wraps or wrappers, I keep my car clean. Soon as the cop rolled up I was like fuck, this just looks like a stoners car.

Your car should always look fresh, like your driving your dads car. And I stopped dressing like a stoner.

ya me either, i would probably end up doing a whole lot more cocaine then i normally would if i lived in the states.since it's way cheaper down there.. some people in the states pay like 120 for a quarter of grass. fuck that noise. it being that illegal and highly expensive you might as well just do real drugs.

Sorry to hear that man, but you're facing a paraphernalia charge here.

It doesn't matter if it's .01 or .1. As long as tests positive, it's considered paraphernalia.

At least now you know not to drive with anything in your car that would give the cops a reason to search you.

Depending on the state you live in, you're probably only looking at probation and/or community service tho. Was there an arraignment written and given to you to sign when you were stopped?

Unfortunately the south is still living in the Dark-Ages.  just like with Jim Crow and all that creationist bullshit in the schools systems.  It might be a nice place to visit but I wouldn't live there.

sorry about your luck, keep your nose clean and put this problem into the past!  you'll be way better off if you can without re-offending and stay out of the system.... after that you can move to Colorado or Washington or Oregon or California wherever you want.  Thankfully that much of freedom still exists.

Unlucky, i was carrying my huge bong in my bag and it was coming out the top of my bag, cop pulled me over i explained that i use it for backy. She saw bits of backy inside and said ok. (In uk most bonges have downtubes where u put backy then weed) Anyways she gave it back and she found my grinder and then decided to conviscate both :frown:

They took a baggy from me that had maybe .2 of a gram. I got a police report a few weeks later but its been two years and ive heard nothing.

nothing to worry about.  I had a pal who had a half pound confiscated by an officer who stuck his head in the car and "smelled weed".  He got a free ride downtown and they took his bud, gave him an official looking piece of paper, and kicked him out of jail onto the street 3 hours later.  He never heard another word about it... whad'ya think they did with his weed??  :rolleyes:
