Does this sound right to you? (calorie question)
    #17554989 -

I have been using a couple calculators to figure out how much I should eat to lose weight. I was originally 185 5'5 and then got down to 105lb in a rather unhealthy way. I have added about 15lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat I'd guess. I am around 13% body fat I'd guess, but my skin stretched so much that I have to get considerably leaner for the skin to constrict back. My goal is around 8%.

Right now I am 127lb. The calculator said I need 1550 calories per day to maintain. Which would mean if I worked out for a hour on the bike at cardio pace and burned 400 calories I'd have to eat around 1500 calories to lose weight in a healthy way with my cardio. Does this seem right to you? I can eat 2300 calories on a lifting day and not put on any weight. Should I be eating more on days I am trying to cut lbs? I tried about 1700 today so I'll see come 24-48 hours. Oh, and I am eating keto to stimulate fat loss and preserve muscle. It's pretty difficult because I have to pretty  much eat ground beef to get the right balance of fat and protein without eating a caloric surplus. Which also pisses me off because I'd like to eat 2000 calories and do a hour on the bike and lose weight...sucks being 5'5 or am I using the wrong calculator?

The reason I am cycling too is I want my clothes to keep fitting me. I can't afford to buy clothes compensate for the days I eat 2800 calories and lift and put on a little fat with that muscle.

Lol...no 180 is fat as fuck

5'5 healthy is 121-150 for a male. I'm 127 and as I said above, I am just gaining muscle for the first time. You might want to check a healthy weight chart. 150 is
"healthy" but still pretty chunky for many. I'd be 25%-28% body fat at 150lbs
