Cycling does indeed do alot for increasing leg strength/size and muscular endurance. Although it is "sport specific" strength, it translates well to functional strength in other sports and in day to day activities. It does not however, properly train you to squat hundreds of pounds.

Squatting is the best way to get better to squatting, and it is likely a better way to increase leg size. I however, would prefer to have cyclist legs. :wink:

I did 45 min on stairmaster = 165 floors

Arc trainer and then weights.

SQUATS!

i feel so awful, i haven't been to the gym in two fucking weeks. i haven't been feeling too well lately (headaches galore) so that's been stopping me but the lack at activity is just making me feel worse :frown: i don't have time to go to the gym before work today, and it's close when i get out, but i HAVE to go tomorrow. kick my ass guys.

ugh i still haven't, i kind of lost the desire. BUT i get a delivery of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables this friday so that will be the perfect opportunity to! and congratulations, that's great progress!

I did some endurance resistance training, running, and some swimming in the River.

2x25 reps with 30 seconds rest at a tempo of 201. Ran a mile. Swam a half mile in the river.

I feel like a king.

Ran a 7 minute mile today. I was so winded. Next week I'm going to work on some distance. I've been throwing some weights in lately too.
