rye grain/ berries, coco coir, whereabouts?

I need to know what kind of stores or which stores specifically carry rye grain/ berries and coco coir. Any stores not online would also be appreciated as shipping is a hassle sometimes. I'm in the northeast US if that helps any. Thanks.

cocco coir you can get at pet shops like pet smart. its called bed a beast it comes in a compressed block

i get my rye gerries at the local ritzy health food store, which subsequently was bought out by a national chain Wild Oats Market, so if u got ne of those around check it out, or just ne health food stores, find a vegan and ask them where they buy their groceries
