And doing a poor job at it, in my personal experience. I had a thread deleted by her for very silly reasons. I understand getting a new responsibility and wanting to take it seriously, but I think she should take it even more seriously than she does, which means actually reading the full extent of the content she is deleting and considering it more than superficially. Believing that something isn't funny isn't grounds for deletion of a funny thread.

New moderators always go overly beserk on minor things because they think it's their responsibility. She'll calm down and be fine, I think. It's only been about two weeks.

Same goes for the Prisoner #1 newb. He'll learn his place once he's been a moderator more than a few days.
