Why does every brand of juice that contains vitamin c feel the need to write "GOOD SOURCE OF ANTIOXIDANTS" or "CONTAINS ANTIOXIDANTS" on the bottle? Do consumers even know what antioxidants are?

Do people even know that vitamin C is an antioxidant and in the majority of cases the daily dose (or less) of vitamin C is the only antioxidant these drinks have?

Obviously it's a marketing thing and I'm not saying that vitamin C is bad or anything - it's definatly healthy - but it's probably the most common vitamin there is

Also, did you know that magnesium oxide has an extremely poor bioavailability and that there's thousands upon thousands of bottles of this supplement sold daily? People wasting money to get their daily magnesium supplement even tho it's only like 4% efficient or somethin. "magnesium oxide" ta loco!

And that "omega 3s" are not all the same chemical and like half these fish oil supplements are halfway useless as well if you dont take time to research the specifics of EPA and DHA and all these other "omegas" to figure out which ones have a marked nutritional effect

Lol at the majority of the "molly" and "acid" these days too etc etc i could go on forever
