Did you even read my comment?  I explicitly said that I DO believe that employers should have the legal right to test applicants for drug use, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still a detestable thing to do.

The problem is that when it's done on a broad scale, it creates a group of unemployable people who were otherwise willing and able to work, and may not even have been impaired at work anyway. Incompetent people will demonstrate their incompetence eventually anyway even without snooping in their bodily fluids.

Nope.  I'm just not a victim of an unjust and oppressive "system".  I make the choices that i feel are the best for me, and i don't piss and moan when those choices have consequences

You aren't a victim, you are a slave. Rather than defying the system in parts that you tend to disagree, you bend over and consent. It is your choice, however, to choose to follow every single law, regardless of it's injustice against universal humanitarian rights.

We don't have drug screening here in Canada, nor do I even smoke a lot of weed, but I can see how it is morally wrong for them to be doing this to people.  Denying them work because they have different ways of relaxing than others?  Get outta here.

Sure a lot of drug users are scum bags, but a lot of scum bags are straight edge.

Change doesn't happen from people laying down and taking unjust actions like a bitch.

Don't pretend to be some folk hero bucking the system as a political protest...You just wanna get high.  That's fine and all, but if you want the law changed, there's already a mechanism in place to do that, and it isn't by just ignoring the law.

I do enjoy getting high but that doesn't mean I don't truly believe in the views I hold.

You have no real reason to be FOR drug tests besides saying "because they say so," or "because it's the law."

It's discrimination at its finest and the only reason it's allowed and not racial discrimination in the workplace is because the public has been conditioned to despise drug users.

My mom told me a story once on how my dad passed a drug test for work. He drank a shit ton of water and a few pots of coffie and passed many times. I never tried this but its worth a shot

Yeah that is a great idea tho, and super cheap, which is the best choice for most.
I know exactly what kind of bottle your talking about, Hahahah that is fucking awesome.
I get random drug tests so synthetic is best for me cause I can continually re heat and it won't go bad so fast. Plus I don't like asking people for their piss haha.
